So being a 21 year old senior in college, it may seem a little early for me to be thinking about wrinkles and lines, right? Unfortunately, wrong. In our 20′s, our skin is in it’s prime. Except for the occasional blemish or two, our skin glows with minimal effort, and we don’t have to worry about spots and lines…for now that is. Although our skin doesn’t currently show the damage of our days at the beach and nights on the town, it’s happening, and this damage combined with forces outside our control like stress and the environment can definitely speed up the aging process. For this reason, we need to start protecting our faces now, and it doesn’t have to involve grueling skincare regimens or expensive treatments. One of my favorite products is C.O. Bigelow All-in-1 Protective Daily Lotion, a lightweight moisturizer that contains vitamins, minerals, UV protection, and SPF 25 to keep your face protected and moisturized at the same time. The lotion has also made my sensitive skin feel incredibly soft and smooth, and has helped prevent breakouts. My suggestion is to find a moisturizing UV-ray protecting product you like, and stick to it. Once you make it a part of your routine, you’ll be helping your skin prepare for the years ahead without even knowing it. In 20 years, your face will thank you!
