Anyone in the Northeast can echo my sentiments- it’s neither summer nor fall right now. One minute, I’m experiencing 73 degree weather, and I’m outside in shorts and sandals, but by the time I leave my next class, it’s 50 degrees and I’m wearing someone else’s Northface that just happened to be left behind in my apartment. It’s getting really hard to stay up to date on the trends in terms of how I dress when I don’t even know what to expect outside. Typically seen as something that can only be worn late at night, thigh high boots are making mainstream appearances in ways that are so classy you can even throw those boots on for work.

So you’re probably wondering how you can wear boots like these ,since they’re almost an entire outfit in and of themselves. It’s not as hard as it seems! Over the knee and thigh high boots are very versatile and can be worn with a variety of ensembles. Just last weekend, I wore those gray boots you see above with a pair of black leggings and a baggy t shirt to go run some errands. I instantly felt like less of a slob, and more put together, even though I was still going out in public in my relaxation clothes!
