You ever go out and see those girls that ALWAYS have a group of guys around them? Wonder how they do it? Well, thanks to glamour.com and yours truly, here are some tips to help you have that magnetic personality in order to attract the right guy to you!

1) Go out looking for a good time – not looking for a relationship.
When you are genuinely having fun, people are going to notice and want to join in! Besides, if you go out looking, you may end the night disappointed, which is not the whole idea about going out! So go have a blast!
2) Be easygoing.
In other words, be approachable. Think of some fun conversation starters before you go out so you never get stuck in that awkward silence. Don’t worry about what he is thinking. If he doesn’t see how special you are, he’s not worth the time.
3) Be the person you want to date.
This may sound stupid, but think about it? We have all had experiences with guys who drove us nuts, but have you ever done something similar that could have driven him crazy? Maybe it is time to think of a little personality check.
4) Don’t bash other people…women especially.
Simply put, who wants to hear that when you are trying to have a good time?
5) Let him see your ambitious side.
Show him that you have a passion for life! To men, that is sexy at its best. You know you will get a great quality guy if he is impressed by your dreams and goals.
