With the joy and excitement of the holiday season come the long, cold days of winter. As much as I love to enjoy the crisp outdoor weather while skiing in Utah or snuggling by the fire at home, the effects of the fierce wind and intense heat on my sensitive skin are less than pleasurable. Fortunately, there is a cure for the winter skin blues, and it comes in a small green bottle. The miracle scrub is known as Alba Botanica Natural Even Advanced Sea Algae Enzyme scrub (and yes, I did have to check the bottle to get the full name as it is quite a mouthful). The product, however, is much easier to use than it is to say, and it has worked wonders for my dry, irritable skin during the cold winter months.
