Lights. Camera. Action! The crowd assembled as our two emcees, Ali Picheny ’13 and Neal Rabinowitz ’13, said their opening words to the audience.
Up first we had Rachel in the Milly Midnight Tulip Bow Dress. She strutted her stuff and turned on the charm in that deep navy duchess satin dress. This sexy yet sweet strapless look featured a dramatic, over-sized bow at the waist for a touch of whimsy, and a wrap-front tulip skirt that shows off the legs.
Next, escorted by David, we had Reyna in a wine-hued, crepe de chine Robert Rodriguez Collection dress. The draped bodice, fitted skirt and black floral sequin inset at the neck made for a modern sophistication, while the burgundy-berry color keeps this look “on trend” for Winter 2011.

Sparkling in a white metallic tweed mini dress by Milly is Leah, escorted by Nick. Perfect for a holiday cocktail party, this look featured a scoop neckline, full skirt, and contrast black satin bow at the empire waist.
Then came Elizabeth in a pretty pale pink halter dress by Pencey and escorted by Padraig. The buttery silk georgette fabric, tulle-accented neckline, and ruffle-trimmed bodice of this look are tres luxe!
Next up was Becca, escorted by Jeetayu, donning a teal silk crepe de chine one-shoulder dress by Rebecca Taylor. Note the rich jewel tone, elegant draping, cascading rosettes at the shoulder, and tie sash at the waist. What a chic silhouette!
Modeling a “sexy little white hot number” by Nanette Lepore, Krista was our winter ice queen escorted by David. Featuring a white sequin overlay, strapless bustier neckline and front pockets, this look transformed disco sequins into a sophisticated, feminine statement.

A little black dress should be classic, contemporary and chic, and Tatiana was all three walking next to Vinnie while in a strapless black chiffon and sequin dress by Diane von Furstenburg. With a pleated bodice, draped skirt and a bit of sparkle, this LBD is flattering and fun!
