If you haven’t heard his songs yet, you’re sure to soon enough.  The 19 year old Hunter Hayes is quickly rising to stardom in the country music scene.  He began his career at age 4, playing the accordion in a band at a Cajun restaurant in his hometown.  He picked up a guitar at age 6, taught himself to play and was writing his own songs before his 7th birthday.   Even before this year’s release of his self titled debut album he had already graced the stage with country greats like Taylor Swift, Brad Paisley, Keith Urban and Lady Antebellum.  His debut album features the singles “Storm Warning” and “Wanted”, both of which have melted the hearts of girls everywhere and earned him high standing in the country music charts.  As if his songs weren’t enough to make you love him, his adorable smile and shy modesty should do the trick.  He always says “Music is a spirit. It heals.”  His songs certainly do.  Included are a few of his songs off his debut album. Give him a listen!
