One of my favorite places to go is Pizza Research Institute in Eugene, Oregon. They have amazing pizza with unexpected ingredients. Last time I had a feta, spinach, kalamata olives & artichoke hearts pizza, but my favorite is the Granny smith apples, smoked gouda & roasted walnuts pizza. The homemade style of their pizza and the laid back atmosphere makes it a one of a kind place, perfect of a date night.
