The Bliss Patent Open Toe Sandal is one of my favorites. With a 4 inch heel, it will give us short girls a great little boost, with out being over the top. The color combo of nude and black is fun and the design gives it a great edge.
I would love to wear these with Proenza Schouler‘s Urban Pop Floral Dress. This pump won’t distract
from the dress, yet once they are seen, will make people do a double take! Though these shoes may be more than a college girl usually spends, they are an investment piece that you will be able to wear forever!
