- Eat lots of fruit and vegetables – nobody has ever become overweight from eating too many veggies! And drink lots of water to flush out extra waste products in your body.
- Avoid the deadly seven: ice cream, cheese, red meat, salad dressing, fried food, soda, and blended coffee drinks.
- Cut your daily diet by 500 calories. Seven days times 500 calories = 35oo calories = 1 pound of fat off your new hot bod!!
- Exercise 5 days a week, 45 minutes at a time. Exercise will cut sugar and fat cravings
