Last weekend I was looking for the perfect snack for the afternoon at the beach with my friends. We decided to make guacamole because 1) it’s delicious and 2) it’s super easy. I like my guac simple, so here’s my 5 steps and 5 minutes:
- Slice your avocado in half. I used 5 avocados to serve 8 people…but we were really hungry.
- Take out the center pit, so you can easily scoop out the avocado from its peel.
3. Chop tomatoes
4. Mash up the avocado with a fork. Keep mashin’ till it’s really mushed up.
5. Combine the tomatoes and avocado in one bowl. Add salt and pepper as you like. Grab a bag of chips, and you’re ready to go!
