Summer is upon us ladies! While the season certainly brings hotter weather, longer days, and swimming pools, it also kick-starts the health freak in us. Bikinis and denim cut-offs are staples in any summer wardrobe which means lots more of you will be showing these next 3 months. I came across a delicious frittata recipe in my inbox via Anthropologie newsletter. Now I am not much of a cook but when Anthropologie sends out a recipe, I’m going to take a crack at it. Boy, did the risk reap rewards. A trip to the local farmer’s market and an oven is all that’s required to make this fresh, healthy breakfast option. Try it out and let us know what you think!
