What do you think about the “Chipotle” diet. I am very curious because I love Chipotle, its fast, easy and tastes delicious. Eric discovered a weight loss diet that revolves around Chipotle. Starting August 2007 Eric decided to eat a Chipotle Burrito Bol for lunch and dinner every day. He lost 100 pounds doing it. For lunch and dinner he would have a Fajita Bol filled with peppers, onions, steak, tomato salsa, cheese, sour cream, guacamole and lettuce. It totaled to about 1480 calories per day and 29 impact carbohydrates. Eric lost 91 pounds in 38 weeks using this diet.
