With the school year already underway, workouts can be hard to fit in. With life being so busy and always having somewhere to be, it can be easy to lack motivation to pencil in a good workout. However, I have found that I have more confidence in myself and my workout if I am dressed well. This can play a big role in your motivation to get to the gym. At least for me, I can perform better in my workouts when I am dressed the part. The feeling of being ‘put-together’ is a big self-confidence boost, even in your everyday outfits, so why not try doing the same thing when you are working out?
Finding the motivation to go to the gym can be hard, but if you find some fitness clothing that fit your body well and make you feel good, your workout can really benefit from that. Here are some of my favorite items:
Lululemon: Swiftly Tech 1/2 Zip
Nike: Tight fit pants (training)

Start building your own workout wardrobe. Fitness clothing can be just as fun to buy if you find pieces that reflect your style. Play with colors and patterns, and different styles. Find different outfits you can wear during the different seasons as well. Fitness clothing is becoming very popular so you can often find styles that are on trend. If you find a couple pieces that you love, why not buy a few in different colors? Just have fun with it; your motivation and confidence will follow!

Really like the look of those Nike shoes. Have a great “retro” style!
